HOW TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER

Visit our Events page to select your tickets.

• For Langdon events: 

  • Select your ticket(s).

  • On the Checkout page look for ‘Enter coupon code’ to the right of the page. Enter the code from your voucher and the voucher value will be deducted from the amount payable.

• For an event at Langdon organised by a third party:

  • Follow the link from the information page on the Langdon website to the third party website

  • Follow the instructions on their site about how to redeem your voucher

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Vouchers are valid for a year from purchase. The expiry date will be stated on the voucher. 

• Gift Vouchers may be used to pay for events of equal value, or higher, on payment of the difference.

• If the price of the event is lower than the value of the voucher, no change will be given. However we will contact you by email with a new code that will entitle you to a discount of the value remaining on your voucher to put toward another event.

• If your voucher is lost or stolen, contact us at thelangdongarden@gmail.com with the name of the purchaser, the amount and the date of purchase, and we will issue you with a new redemption code. Physical voucher cards will not be replaced.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

• If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date of buying the voucher to inform us that you would like a refund. Please notify us by email at thelangdongarden@gmail.com. We will then invalidate your voucher redemption code and send you a refund (excluding any post and packaging cost). We will issue the refund within 5 working days of receiving your email. After 14 days the gift voucher is not refundable.

• Tickets purchased using a gift voucher cannot be refunded or transferred. 

• In case that an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, a choice of full refund or a credit note will be offered on tickets purchased.
